The local government of Dinalupihan, led by Mayor German Santos has officially released its calendar of activities for the 169th Araw ng Kapistahan ni San Juan Bautista, a vibrant and colorful celebration slated throughout June. The festivities, held under the theme “San Juan @169: Pananampalataya, Pagkakaisa, at Pag-asa sa Makabagong Panahon,” will feature a wide array of cultural, civic, and community events.

The celebration kicks off with the “Araw ng Kalayaan” program on June 12 at the Town Plaza, followed by the Quarterly General Assembly of Senior Citizens on June 13 and 16 at the Civic Center. A Gospel Music Fest, “Canton of Praise,” will take place on June 14, while a talent show dubbed “Talentado Ka Ba?” is set for June 16 in the evening. Other highlights include Arbor Day in Barangay Pita and the much-anticipated “Kasalang Bayan” on June 17 and 18, respectively.

On June 18 to 23, the festivities will become even more dynamic with activities such as the Food & Music Fest, Job Fair 2025, Hataw Kontra Droga, a Basketball Exhibition Game, and the Civic Military Parade. A Street Dance Competition and the “La Torre Night” will also enliven the town’s streets and civic venues during this week.

The grand finale will take place on June 24, San Juan Day, with the Kuraldal Tubig Festival at the Town Plaza in the morning, followed by the Dinalupihan Tubig & Music Festival at the Dinalupihan Track & Field in the afternoon. LGU Dinalupihan encourages all Dinalupiheños to participate and celebrate this year’s fiesta with joy, unity, and pride in their local heritage.
